A nineteen-thirties art deco block of flats sits tucked behind a contemporary apartment building. Washing hangs along the rooftop clothes lines drying freely in the breeze, while the modern building relies on a clothes dryer in every unit. This painting is framed with a Tasmanian oak float frame, hand made by the artist.
