Refund policy

We hope that you will be very happy with your new artwork. However, we know that sometimes items may not be quite as expected when shopping from photos.

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange after that time.

To accept a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Please contact us at info@stephensmith.art to organise a return. If your return is agreed, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your artwork when first received and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you've received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
If you'd prefer to exchange for an available artwork, you will pay for (or be refunded) the difference in price between the two items. However, you will also be charged for the delivery of the new artwork.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
